A Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal (PFM) Maryland Bridge is a type of
dental bridge that is used to replace a missing tooth in a
minimally invasive manner. Here's an overview of the PFM Maryland

Preparation:
The adjacent teeth on either side of the gap are minimally prepared
by removing a small amount of enamel to allow for the attachment of
the bridge.
Impressions:
Impressions of the prepared teeth and the gap are taken to create a
mold for the bridge.
Framework Fabrication:
A metal framework is fabricated in a dental laboratory to fit the
prepared teeth and support the artificial tooth (pontic) that will
fill the gap.
Porcelain Application:
Porcelain is then fused to the metal framework to create a

Bonding:
The bridge is bonded to the back of the adjacent teeth using metal
